Privacy notice

• There are no accounts, logins or sign-ups on this site.
• The contact form sends what you write to our inbox by email. We use it only to reply to you.
• We use two analytics tools to understand how the site is used.

Vercel Web Analytics. The site is hosted on Vercel, and we use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It records information such as the pages viewed, the referring website, the browser, operating system and device type, and an approximate location (country). We see this as aggregated statistics, not as information about you personally.

Firebase Analytics (Google). We also use Google’s Firebase Analytics to measure how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and for how long. It sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to tell visits apart, and the data is processed by Google.

You can limit this tracking by blocking cookies or using a content blocker in your browser. The site works without them.

If you email us at framebyframe.agency@gmail.com or message us on Facebook or Instagram, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address and the details of your project. We use it to reply to you and to discuss and carry out the work you ask about.

When you use the form on our contact page, your name, email address, company, the service you picked and your message are sent through the Resend email service to our inbox. Along with them we receive the page you sent the form from and your browser’s user-agent string. We use this information only to reply to you about your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list, and the form does not send you an automatic email.

If the form cannot send, it can instead open a pre-filled email in your own email app. Nothing reaches us that way unless you send that email.

This site links to our pages on Instagram and Facebook. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those services apply.

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date.
